According to China Customs import data, the total rapeseed import volume from January to September 2024 was 4.2314 million tons, down 0.12% from the same period last year (4.2364 million tons).
The rapeseed import volume in September 2024 was 806,900 tons, up 35.69% from the previous month and up 151.17% from the previous year. The unit price was 3,824.62 yuan/ton, up 1.20% from the previous month and down 19.32% from the previous year. As shown in the following table:
